雌激素及其受体介导的5-羟色胺能系统在情绪调控中的作用研究进展 被引量:12

摘要 在诸多针对精神情绪类疾病的发病机制研究中,5-羟色胺(5-HT)能系统受到了最广泛的研究和认可,且有研究认为雌激素可通过5-HT能系统间接对情绪产生影响,这为深化情绪调控作用机制的认识提供了可能。本文就近年来5-HT能系统在情绪调控中的作用和雌激素及其受体对5-HT能系统的影响做一个综述。发现目前学者对关于中枢5-HT神经系统对情绪的调控作用和雌激素及其受体对中枢5-HT神经系统的影响已进行了较多的研究,但是直接针对雌激素及其受体介导的5-HT能系统在情绪调控中的作用的研究还较少,加强此方面的研究,找到更多的直接证据将有助于人们深化对情绪调控的认识。 In many researches aiming to find out pathogenesis of mental or emotional dieases, the serotonin system is always the most widely studied and recognized. In other word, estrogen may indirectly affect mood through the 5-HT system, which provides the possibility to deepen the understanding of the emotional regulation mechanisms. This paper will give an overview about recent 5-HT energy system in the regulation of mood and effect of estrogen on the Effects of 5-HT system. It is found that studies on 5-HT on central nervous system regulation of emotion, and estrogen receptors and their impact on the central nervous system 5-HT has achieved mangy results, but studies on estrogen and its receptor-mediated 5-HT role in mood regulation system was less. Strengthen research in this area may help people deepen the understanding of the regulation of mood.
