摘要
本文通过选择不同输液泵泵管与输液泵配套使用,进行流量精确度测试,证明了输液泵使用不同泵管时,流量精确度有很大差异,可能严重影响临床治疗。同时针对目前医院在使用输液泵管的随意性问题,对医学工程科如何科学合理地开展输液泵的质量控制检测工作,有效指导临床合理选择配套输液泵管进行了探讨和实践。
This paper proceeds flow accuracy test by choosing different tubes to mate with pump, and proves that the flow accuracy has a very big difference when pump uses different tubes, which could infect the clinical treatment intensely. At the same time, according to the haphazardry when using pump tubes in hospital, to discuss and practice how to reasonably carry out quality control testing work of the infusion pump, effectively guide the clinical to choose a suitable pump tube in medical engineering department.
