摘要
利用中国364名知识型员工的调研数据,运用结构方程模型分析了企业家社会责任履行对中国知识型员工诚信行为的影响机理。结果表明,企业家履行对市场和对社会的责任有助于提升员工的情感-规范承诺,进而正向影响其诚信行为选择;企业家履行对员工的责任有助于提升员工的持续承诺,但不能影响其诚信行为。
Based on the survey data of Chinese 364 knowledge employee and Structural Equation Modeling, this paper analyzesthe impact mechanism about the performance of the entrepreneurial social responsibility to the integrity behavior of Chineseknowledge employee. The results show that the entrepreneurs fulfill the market and social responsibility can help improveemployee emotions - normative commitment, thereby positively affecting their integrity behavior choices. Entrepreneursfulfill their responsibilities can help improve employee sustained commitment, which cannot affect their integrity behavior.
