摘要
为提高产品质量 ,介绍一种在熟料窑监控系统中使用的火焰燃烧分析子系统 ,阐述了CCD原理、组成及特点 ,并提出数字图像的采集及图像处理方法 ,具有显著的社会的和经济效益。
In order to improve production quality,a new kind of flame analyzing subsystem in kiln is introduced in this paper. The principle, constitution and characteristics of CCD are explained, The collecting of digital image and image process method are presented, it is notable for its social and economic benefit.
