摘要
保险公司治理是国家治理体系的重要组成部分,与偿付能力、市场行为共同构成我国保险监管的三大支柱。本研究基于我国保险公司治理数据,采用随机前沿分析(SFA)方法,衡量我国保险公司效率绩效;并从保险公司治理指数、保险公司治理不同层次和保险公司治理不同内容三个角度实证研究保险公司治理对效率绩效的影响。发现我国保险公司治理与效率绩效并没有显著的相关关系,说明我国保险公司治理有效性还有待提高。
Insurance corporate governance, as an important part of the national governance system, is one of the three pillars of insurance regulation in China. Based on the data of Chinese insurance companies, this research applies the Stochastic Frontier Analysis（SFA） to estimate the efficiency of insurance companies. Then, we approach an empirical research on the influencing factors to the efficiency of insurance companies,from the aspect of insurance companies＇ corporate governance, with several specific indexes. As is shown by the results, there is not a significant correlation between the efficiency and the level of corporate governance. According to the research, the effectiveness of insurance companies in China needs to be improved.
