摘要
建设用地适宜性评价对城市规划和土地利用规划具有重要意义。将GIS和模糊综合评价方法相结合,对湖南湘江新区进行了栅格尺度的建设用地适宜性评价,并通过对现状用地和评价结果的对比,详细探讨了湘江新区今后城镇建设扩张的主要潜在区域。研究结果表明:(1)评价结果较客观地反映了研究区域建设用地适宜性的分布情况,并有效划分出了适建区、限建区和禁建区;(2)基于GIS的模糊综合评价法不但能克服多准则评价中各指标分类的不确定性,还能根据模糊集理论有效划分出不同的评价类别,是建设用地适宜性评价的有效方法。
Construction land suitability evaluation is of significant importance for urban planning and land use planning. The paper applied a GIS-based fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for construction land suitability evaluation at raster scale in Hunan Xiangjiang New Area,Hunan Province. The evaluation results revealed the construction suitability in Xiangjiang New Area and presented the construction-suitable area,construction-restricted area and construction-prohibited area spatially. Based on the evaluation results,this paper analyzed the construction suitability at the town/street administrative level and discussed the potential area for urban expansion in the study area. The results showed that the GIS-based fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is suitable for the construction land suitability evaluation.
