摘要
通过松材线虫的繁殖周期在受害马尾松树体内的垂直分布与水平分布研究 ,表明松材线虫在病树上的垂直分布随树高高度增高而增多 ,树干基部及主干 1m以下树干内松材线虫极少 ;其水平分布以向阳面深入边缘 3～ 5cm处最多 .阐明松材线虫繁殖周期在树体内的分布规律 。
This paper studies the vertical and horizontal distribution of Bursaphelenchus xylophilus during its reproductive period in the body of the diseased P.massoniana.The result shows that the vertical distribution of bursaphelenchns xylophilus in the diseaed trees increases with the height of the trees,while decreases in the base of the tree trunk and the trunk which is one metre below the main trunk.And its horizontal distribution is the most at 3 to 5cm of the penetrated fringe toward the sun.This paper expounds the rule of distribution about the reproductive period of bursaphelenchns xylophilus in the body of the diseased P.massoniana and puts forward the best sampling position when examining bursaphelenchns xylophilus.
