摘要
通过对松村线虫在致病松树上的分布调查，在马尾松病树上的垂直分布，随着感病程度加深，在老发生区，小枝上的分布逐渐减少，倒枝、胸部和基部树干上的分布逐渐增多；在新发生区，树干胸部和基部的分布无明显差异，但以胸部为多，侧枝、小枝上的分布逐渐增多。在黑松病树上，普遍分布在新、老发生区中不同症状类型病树的各个部位。松材线虫虫量在黑松中明显高于马尾松，尤其在枝条上。在马尾松和黑松树干胸高处的水平分布，一般内材虫量多于外边材。为此，建议对该2个树种采样，样树应选择感病优势木、林缘木；时间以症状前期为主，分批采样；部位上级树干胸高处为主，多点采样，特别是马尾松。
Investigation on the distribution of Bursaphelenchus mucronatus in the diseased Pines showed that, the vertical distribution in Pinus massoniana gradually increased with the diseasedness Conditions; Bursaphelenchus mucronatus generally distributed in Various Parts of Pinus thunbergii. The number of Bursaphelenchus in internal wood was higher than that in sapwood, at the Chest heighth of P. massoniana and P. thunbergii. At last, Its Sampling techniques were proposed.
