摘要
针对当前形势下继电保护管控的迫切需要,利用基于Java EE平台和Web服务的综合集成方案,设计了B/S架构的继电保护设备全寿命周期质量智能预警系统的研发方案。该系统方案基于调度运行管理系统(Dispatching Operation Management System,OMS)统一平台,按照《继电保护及安全自动装置运行评价规程》(DL/T623-2010)的数据规范格式,通过继电保护信息统计分析、纵向诊断、横向评价和辅助决策等关键技术,实现对继电保护设备全寿命周期的实时监测、分析诊断、追溯预警和客观评价,并以多种形式实时展示智能结果和发布预警;根据智能结果生成辅助决策,形成继电保护全寿命周期质量的闭环管控,为继电保护设备的管理统计工作提供完整全面的专业工具。
To satisfy the urgent needs in the management and control of the relay protection in the current situation, a development scheme of whole life cycle intelligent early warning system based on B/S framework for the relay protection is designed using the integrated scheme based on the Java EE platform and web services. And the system scheme was based on the dispatching operation management system(OMS) unified platform and conforming to the specification of "The relay protection and security automatic equipment evaluation rules"(DL/T623-2010). Real-time monitoring, analysis and diagnosis, tracing early warning and objective evaluation of relay protection equipment in the whole life cycle are achieved using information statistics, longitudinal diagnosis, transverse evaluation, auxiliary decision and other key technologies, and the intelligent results are displayed in various forms and early warning is issued in real-time. Finally, the aided decision can be generated according to the intelligent results and a whole life cycle closed-loop control over quality of relay protection is formed and a complete and comprehensive professional tool is provided for the management of relay protection equipment.
