摘要
根据国家电网公司"大运行"体系建设要求,基于智能电网调度技术支持系统,建立了电网调控运行管理工作信息化支撑平台;开发了省、地、县(配)三级调度机构一体化的调度运行管理系统。介绍了系统的总体建设思路、总体架构、软件架构、硬件架构和数据库设计方案、基础模型设计方案;简述了系统与"三集五大"其他业务的应用贯通内容,该建设方案的有效性得到了实际工程应用的验证。
According to the requirements of large operation system construction in State Grid Corporation of China, based on dispatching technology supporting system for smart power grid, it establishes the informatization supporting platform for power grid dispatching operation management system, and develops dispatching operation management system of the province-prefecture-county integration. This paper describes the system’s general construction thought, general architecture, software architecture, hardware architecture, database design scheme, and the basic model design scheme. Besides, this paper also outlines the application content from other business of ＂three centralized and five large business＂ interacted with the system. The effectiveness of the construction scheme has been verified by the actual engineering applications.
