棉针织物活性染料冷轧堆染色工艺探讨 被引量:3

摘要 采用代用碱ALKAFLO CPB作为棉针织物B型活性染料冷轧堆染色固色助剂,探讨并分析了碱剂类型、碱剂用量、尿素用量、氯化钠用量、冷轧堆染色温度和时间等因素对染色效果的影响,并测试了染色织物耐摩擦色牢度和耐皂洗色牢度。结果表明,采用代用碱ALKAFLO CPB作为活性染料棉针织物冷轧堆染色的固色助剂,染色织物的表观色深高于其他碱剂;当染料用量为10 g/L,冷堆温度为30℃时,最佳染色工艺为:代用碱30 g/L,尿素30 g/L,氯化钠10~30 g/L,染色时间6~9 h;染色织物的耐皂洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度均较好。 Substitutive alkali ALKAFLO CPB was used as a fixing agent for B type reactive dyes cold pad- batch dyeing of cotton knitted fabric. The influences of alkali type, dosage of alkali, urea and sodium chloride, dyeing temperature and time on dyeing performance of cotton fabrics were investigated and analyzed. The color fast- ness to rubbing and washing of dyed fabrics was also tested. The results show that the K./S value of cotton knitted fabrics used substitutive ALKAFLO CPB as fixing agent is higher than that of other alkali agent. When the dosage of reactive dyes is 10 g/L with dyeing at 30 ℃, the optimal dyeing process is that substitutive alkali ALKAFLO CPB is 30 g/L, urea is 30 g/L, sodium chloride is 10-30 g/L with dyeing for 6~9 h, and the color fastness to washing and rubbing are good.
