随着体育产业的快速发展和消费者对功能性纺织品需求的提升,体育服装的色牢度性能成为衡量其品质的重要指标。色牢度不仅影响服装的外观持久性,而且直接关系到运动过程中汗液、摩擦及紫外线等复杂环境因素对织物色泽的破坏程度。系统阐述了影响体育服装色牢度的关键因素,包括合成纤维与天然纤维的基质特性、染料体系的优化选择以及染色工艺的控制技术。分析了等离子体表面改性、超临界CO_(2)染色、生物酶精练等前沿技术的应用机理与创新进展,探讨了阳离子聚合物固色剂、硅基交联剂等后整理剂的协同增效作用。
With the rapid development of the sports industry and the increasing demand for functional textiles from consumers,the colorfastness of sports apparel has become a crucial indicator of its quality.Colorfastness not only affects the durability of the garment’s appearance but also directly relates to the extent to which complex environmental factors such as sweat,friction,and ultraviolet light can damage the fabric’s color during exercise.The key factors influencing the colorfastness of sports apparel are systematically reviewed,including the properties of synthetic and natural fibers,the optimization of dye systems,and the control techniques of dyeing processes.The application mechanisms and innovative advancements of cutting-edge technologies such as plasma surface modification,supercritical CO_(2)dyeing,and biological enzyme finishing are analyzed,and the synergistic effects of post-treatment technologies like cationic polymer fixatives and siliconbased crosslinkers are explored.
