Clinical Study of Pinggan Jiangya Decoction in Treatment of Primary Hypertension

摘要目的:观察平肝降压汤治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法:130例原发性高血压患者采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各65例。对照组给予规西医常规疗法,观察组给予平肝降压汤进行辅助治疗,两组患者均连续治疗4周后比较临床效果。结果:治疗前观察组和对照组收缩压(systolic blood pressure,SBP)、舒张压(diastolicblood pressure,DBP)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗4周后观察组的晨间SBP、DBP值显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的血管紧张素转化酶、内皮素、血清超敏C反应蛋白显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度值显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组显效率69.23%,对照组显效率52.31%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:平肝降压汤治疗原发性高血压疗效显著。 Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Pinggan Jiangya Decoction in treatment of primary Hypertension. Methods：130 patients with primary hypertension were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 65 cases in each group. The control group received conventional western therapy,while the observation group was treated with Pinggan Jiangya Decoction in addition to that of the control grpup. All patients were treated for 4 consecutive weeks and then the clinical effects were compared. Results： There was no statistical difference in the systolic blood pressure（ SBP） and the diastolic blood pressure（ DBP） between the two groups before treatment（ P 〈0. 05）. After 4 weeks treatment,the morning SBP,DBP of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. The angiotensin converting enzyme,endothelin,serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein of the observation group was significantly lower than those of the control group respectively（ P 〈0. 05）. The high shear whole blood viscosity,low shear whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity of the observation group was significantly lower than those of the control group respectively（ P 〈0. 05）. The efficiency rate of observation group was 69. 23%,while that of the control group was 52. 31%. There was statistically significant difference（ P 〈0. 05） between the two groups. Conclusion： Pinggan Jiangya Decoction can achieve significant clinical effect in treatment of primary Hypertension.
