摘要
目的采用补肾活血法干预单纯收缩期高血压患者,观察其降压疗效。方法采用随机对照试验设计方法,将90例老年单纯收缩期高血压患者随机分为两组。治疗组52例,予以补肾活血汤中药,其中脱落1例,有51例进入统计;对照组38例,予口服安慰剂,其中脱落2例,有36例进入统计。疗程为8周。结果补肾活血汤治疗组较对照组能够显著降低患者收缩压(P<0.05),且对舒张压影响较小(P>0.05);能够减少中医症候积分。结论补肾活血法治疗老年单纯收缩期高血压临床疗效较好。
Objective To observe the effect of Bushen Huoxue decoction for treatment of isolated systolic hypertension （ISH） in elderly patients. Methods Ninety elderly patients with ISH were randomly divided into two groups： Treatment group （n= 52） treated with Bushen Huoxue decoction,and control group （n： 38） treated with oral placebo for 8 weeks. The defluxion cases was one and three in treatment group and control group. Results The systolic blood pressure in treatment group was significantly lower（P〈0.05）and diastolic pressure was not effective （P〉0.05）. The scores of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） symptom was reduced in treatment group. Conclusion Bushen Huoxue decoction was effective for treatment of ISH in elderly patients.
