培训需求分析是制订培训计划、设计培训方案、实施培训活动和评估培训效果的依据和基础。当今互联网时代,农民的培训需求出现了新的情况。本文从政策导向、区域类型、农业生产规模和从业类型等四个方面来阐述我国农民培训需求的影响。
