摘要
为了研究在新技术、新环境下构建农民培训信息平台。运用分布式数据库系统环境及数据集成、查询、通用类设计及安全防范技术,基于.NET架构下XMLWeb服务和应用分析研究构建培训技术平台和培训内容。结果表明:.NET环境下构建该类平台适合农民和农村实际,是农民培训的重要手段,是采用现代化技术为解决"三农"问题的具体实践行动。
In order to study establishment of the farmer training information platform in new technology and environment,This article analysed and research building training technology platform and information platform and training content which based on XML Web Services and use the distributional database and data integration,query,design commonly string and safety technologies.The results showed that the farmer training information platform building under the.NET environment suitable for the actual of farmer and country.It was important farmer training means and practice action of which used modern technology to solve the problem about three dimensional rural issues.
