摘要
从财务指标、服务水平、生产率和发展能力4个方面构建物流企业绩效评价指标体系,并将模糊积分法运用到企业服务绩效评价中,在此基础上结合模糊测度和模糊积分理论评价物流企业服务绩效,在评价中考虑各指标间潜在的关联性及部分指标的模糊性。以渝新欧(重庆)物流有限公司为例,对其服务绩效进行评价,验证基于模糊积分法的物流企业服务绩效评价方法的有效性。
The performance appraisal index system of logistics enterprise is established from four aspects including financial index, service level, productivity index and development capacity, and then, the fuzzy integral method is applied to the service performance appraisal of enterprises. Based on the above, combining with fuzzy measure and fuzzy integral theory, the Service performance of logistics enterprise is evaluated and the potential relevance between each index and the fuzziness of partial indices are considered in the appraisal. Taking Yuxinou Logistic Co., Ltd. as an example, this paper evaluates its service performance and validates the validity of the service performance appraisal method of logistics enterprise based On fuzzy integral method.
