摘要
首先对我国中小型公路货运企业进行了界定,在此基础上归纳分析了其适合开展的物流业务;然后运用现代企业绩效评价理论--平衡记分卡,构建了中小型公路货运企业物流业务的绩效评价体系,建立了模糊综合评判模型。最后,通过一个实例验证了该模型的可行性。
The paper defines the logistics business of the medium-small-sized road freight enterprises, establishes the performance evaluation system of the enterprises using balanced score-card and sets up fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.
