摘要
目的探讨血管压迫性面肌痉挛的磁共振检查方法。方法采用philips 1.5T超导磁共振以3DB-FFE序列及3D TOFMRA序列对21例临床考虑血管压迫性面肌痉挛的患者进行检查,分析此二序列在影像诊断上的优缺点以及两者结合后所能发挥的诊断优势。结果3DB.FFE序列的优势是可清晰显示血管压迫面神经的情况,3DTOFMRA序列的优势是可追踪压迫面神经的责任血管,结合两者优势,21例患者在影像上都达到了明确诊断。结论3DB.FFE序列结合3DTOFMRA序列能为血管压迫性面肌痉挛的诊断提供更加全面的影像学依据。
Objective To expiore the magnetic resonance imaging method of vascular compression in hemifacial spasm. Methods The Philips 1.5T MRI 3D B-FFE sequence and 3D TOF MRA sequence of 21 cases of clinical consideration vascular compression in hemifacial spasm patients were examined, the analysis was made for the two sequence on their advantages and disadvantag in the imaging diagnosis as well as whether their combination has advantage in the diagnosis. Results The advantages of 3D B-FFE could clearly show the vascular compression of the facial nerve and the advantages of 3D TOF MRA sequence is traceable responsibility vascular compression of the facial nerve, combines the advantages of them, 21 patients in the image reached a definite diagnosis. Conclusion 3D B-FFE sequence with 3D TOF MRA sequence can provide more comprehensive imaging evidence for the diagnosis of vascular compression in hemifacial spasm.
