摘要
目的探讨飞利浦1.5T MR B_FFE成像序列对三叉神经脑池段显示、走行及与周边血管关系的诊断价值。方法采用1.5TMR扫描仪B_FFE序列对10例(男4例女6例)三叉神经患者进行MR检查,并由两名放射学医师进行诊断。观察三叉神经的形态、走行,并根据三维平面重建多角度显示三叉神经与血管关系。结果三叉神经在B_F F E序列显示清晰,显示率为100%,10例均显示小脑上动脉接触或压迫三叉神经,10例均由神经外科手术证实。结论 B_FFE成像序列能清晰显示三叉神经脑池段形态走行及其与周边血管的关系。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of Philips 1.5 T MR B_FFE imaging sequence in the intracisternal segment of the trigeminal nerve demonstration or trends and adjacent vessels. Methods 10 patients（4 men patients and 6 female patients）with trigeminal neuralgia were diagnosed by the two radiology doctors, which were checked for 1.5 T MR scanners B_FFE sequence. Observed the shape of trigeminal nerve and the course of trigeminal nerve, and according to the 3D graphic reconstruction multi-angle show the relationship between trigeminal nerve and blood vessels. Results In B_FFE sequence trigeminal nerve is showed clear, that rate is 100%.10 patients all showed that the trigemi- nal nerve is contacted or compressed by superior cerebellar artery, which were proveded by nerve surgery. Conclusion B_FFE imaging sequence could clear demonstrate the shape or the course of the intracisternal segment of the trigeminal nerve and adjacent vessels.
