中国近20年来高中地理课程标准新旧比较研究——以《太阳对地球的影响》一节为例

摘要 高中地理课程标准是地理课程改革的具体实施文件和高中地理教育的指导性文件。该文以高中地理第一章中"太阳和地球的关系"一节为载体,通过对1990—2004年20多年间3个地理课程标准版本进行比较研究,发现:高中地理课程目标的设计应该兼顾能力与情感做到综合性;在具体的内容标准中要注重知识目标的整体性、能力目标的体验性、加强对优秀公民的素质培养;教学评价中既注重过程评价又注重结果评价。 The Curriculum Standards for Senior High School Geography is the concrete documents of the geographic curriculum'reform and the guidance documents of senior high school geography education. The paper resorts to a section from Chapter One of Senior High School Geography called"the relationship between the sun and the earth". By comparison of the three different kinds of geographic curriculum standards during the past 20 years, from 1990 to 2004, we got the findings that the design of senior high school geography curriculum objectives should contain both personal ability and emotion for comprehensiveness. In the concrete content standards, we should pay attention to the integrality of the knowledge aims and the experience of the ability aims, and reinforce the diathesis cultivation of excellent citizens. We also should pay attention to not only process evaluation but also result evaluation in the instructional evaluation.
