摘要
目的:建立复方珊瑚姜溶液尿素咪康唑软膏复合制剂中冰片的含量测定方法。方法:以水杨酸甲酯为内标物,PEG-20M毛细管柱、FID检测器、恒温气相色谱法测定复方珊瑚姜溶液尿素咪康唑软膏复合制剂中冰片的含量。结果:冰片在0.0401mg/m L^0.8026mg/m L范围内线性关系良好(R=0.9999),方法回收率为97.80%(RSD=0.29%)。结论:方法简便,快速,准确,可用于该药品中冰片的定量测定。
Objectives： Establish a method to determine the borneol contents in compound coral miconazole ginger solution urea ointment. Methods： With methyl salicylic acid as the internal standard substance, determined the compound coral miconazole ginger solution urea ointment of borneol content in compound preparation PEG - 20M capillary column and FID detector with constant temperature gas chromatography. Results： the borneol in 0. 0401 mg/mL - 0. 8026 mg/mL range inside have a good linear relationship （r = 0. 9999）, recovery rate was 97.80% （RSD = 0. 29% ）. Conclusion： The method is simple, rapid, accurate, and can be used for the quantitative determination of borneol in the drug.
