摘要
采用气相色谱法测定硝酸咪康唑霜剂和注射剂的含量。其平均回收率分别为９７．７％和１０１．４％，ＲＳＤ分别为２．２％和１．３％。方法快速、准确。
A gas chromatographic method for direct determination of miconazole nitrate cream and injection was developed. The conditions were:detector, FID; stationary phase, 5%SE 30; support, Chromosorb W (AW DMCS,80～100 mesh); packed column, 3 m×3 mm i.d.; column temperature, 275°C; injector temperature, 290°C; diisoocty1 sebacate as internal standard. The average recoveries of cream and injection were 97.7% and 101.4%, respectively. The RSD s were 2.2% and 1.3%, respectively.
