子宫内膜样腺癌中基质金属蛋白酶14和血管内皮生长因子的表达及意义 被引量：2

摘要 目的针对子宫内膜样腺癌组织中基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)-14和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达特征及相关性进行研究,旨在探讨二者的关系及临床病理意义。方法子宫内膜样腺癌根治手术的56例患者作为观察组,收集术后的蜡块组织及临床资料,25例非肿瘤性的子宫内膜作为对照组。应用免疫组化方法检测两组中MMP-14和VEGF的表达。结果两组中MMP-14和VEGF表达的阳性率差异有统计学意义。观察组中MMP-14和VEGF的表达均与肌层浸润深度和宫颈累犯密切相关。MMP-14的表达与肿瘤的淋巴结转移相关。二者均与年龄和分化程度无相关性。线性相关分析显示观察组中MMP-14和VEGF的表达具有正相关性。结论 MMP-14和VEGF在子宫内膜样腺癌中表达升高,二者有一定的协同作用,对肿瘤性病变的形成和进展有一定价值。
