摘要
当前国内水利工程项目投标已成为重要的采购方式，但水利工程项目投标存在不确定性。依据当前水利工程建设市场竞争情况，结合层次分析法及模糊综合评判理论，构建多层次风险评价模型，对投标工作综合分析评价。
The Current domestic water conservancy project bidding has become the most important mode of engineering project procurement,but water conservancy project bidding is a process full of uncertainty. On the basis of the current water conservancy engineering construction market competition situation, combined with analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory, build a multi-level risk assessment model, comprehensive analysis and evaluation for bidding work.
