摘要
目的:探究中重度颅脑损后CT影像特点、颅内压与预后之间的关系。方法:对我院接收的32例中重度颅脑损伤患者给予颅内压检测和CT影响扫描,并做好相关的数据记录,对患者进行Rotterdam CT评分,并对相关因素进行统计分析。结果:CT影响特点、颅内压与预后有关系,结果(P<0.05)有统计学意义;基底池情况、Rotterdam CT评分及颅内压均与预后情况有关系,结果(P<0.05)有统计学意义,其得分与预后情况成反比;脑中线位移和脑室受压无关系,结果(P>0.05)无统计学意义。结论:Rotterdam CT评分较单个CT影响特点更能很好的反应颅内压与预后的情况;颅内压、Rotterdam CT评分与预后情况成反比,对中重度颅脑损伤患者进行颅内压检测,并进行相关的治疗能有效提升患者的预后情况。
Objective： To explore the relationship between CT imaging features,intracranial pressure and prognosis inpatients with moderate to severe brain damage.Methods：Of the 32 cases in our hospital received severe craniocerebral injurypatients given intracranial pressure detection and CT scanning,and do a good job in the relevant data,the patients were RotterdamCT score,and the related factors of statistical analysis.Results：CT features,intracranial pressure （ICP） and the prognosis of therelationship,the results （P〈0.05） are statistically significant;basal pool,Rotterdam CT score and intracranial pressure wereand prognosis of a relationship,the results （P〈0.05） are statistically significant and inversely proportional to the score andprognosis;brain midline shift and ventricular compression no relationship,the results （P〉0.05） without statistical significance.Conclusion：Rotterdam CT score than a single CT features of more good reaction of intracranial pressure and prognosis;intracranialpressure,Rotterdam CT score and prognosis of inversely,in patients with severe craniocerebral injury intracranial pressuredetection,and therapy can effectively improve the patient＇s prognosis.
