氢化可的松和强的松在皮质醇增多症患者术后激素替代治疗中的应用及疗效分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的探究氢化可的松和强的松两种口服激素在皮质醇增多症患者术后激素替代治疗中的应用及疗效。方法选择本院2016年1月～2016年12月收治的60例皮质醇增多症患者,随机分为A、B两组,每组30例。术后当天及术后第1天所有患者均予以100 mg氢化可的松静脉滴注,间隔12 h后再滴注1次;术后第2天A组开始口服醋酸氢化可的松片,B组开始口服醋酸强的松片。结果 (1)两组患者在激素替代治疗期间未出现肾上腺皮质功能低下表现,A组平均停药时间(6.61±1.25)个月,B组平均停药时间(4.90±1.06)个月;(2)A、B两组患者术后的血、尿Cor水平较同组术前显著降低(P<0.05),组间比较差异无统计学意义;(3)A、B两组患者术后的血钠、血钾水平较同组术前显著降低(P<0.05),组间比较差异无统计学意义。结论氢化可的松和强的松两种口服激素在皮质醇增多症患者术后激素替代治疗中安全有效,简化用药过程中注意定期复查患者血、尿中皮质醇水平及电解质情况。
