摘要
对于使用机械挺柱的发动机,为了防止气门在热态工作时受热膨胀而导致发动机配气系统的紊乱,需在冷态装配时通过选配适应的气门挺柱,以预留一定气门间隙。对发动机总装线气门挺柱测量原理进行介绍,并分析气门挺柱选配过程中的误差来源,以及如何有效地对误差进行控制。
As to engine that use manual tappet,for avoiding heating expansion when it works,which then lead to valve system confusion,must keep some gap when install in aeembly line.In this article,we will explain principle of manual tappet selected system and erro analysis in engine assembly line,and the way to avert them.
