摘要
目的研究三子颗粒联合脉冲激光治疗酒糟鼻的临床疗效。方法将108例酒糟鼻患者随机分成2组,试验组56例,对照组52例。试验组予三子颗粒联合脉冲激光照射治疗,对照组予甲硝唑片口服。结果试验组和对照组有效率分别为80.36%和48.07%,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三子颗粒联合脉冲激光可显著提高酒糟鼻的治疗效果。
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of sanzi granules and pulse laser in the treatment of patients with rosacea.Methods One hundred and eight patients were divided randomly into two groups：the experimental group was treated with sanzi granules combined with pulse laser,while the control group was treated with metronidazole tablets alone.Results The effective ratio of two groups were 80.36﹪ and 48.07﹪ respectively,and there was a significant statistic difference between them（P﹤0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of sanzi granules combined with pulse laser is a safe, effective method for rosacea.
