摘要
目的:评价凉血四物汤联合强脉冲光治疗玫瑰痤疮的临床效果及安全性。方法:按照随机数字法将2018年1月-2019年1月笔者医院收治的100例玫瑰痤疮患者分为对照组与观察组,每组50例。对照组患者给予强脉冲光治疗(1次/4周,共2次)、并进行保湿及防晒;观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上加用凉血四物汤,连续治疗8周。评价两组的临床效果,比较治疗前后两组患者的生活质量评分,观察两组的不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组的总有效率[88.0%(44/50)vs 72.0%(36/50)]明显高于对照组(χ^2=9.446,P=0.015);观察组与对照组的生活质量评分均较治疗前明显降低(t=6.114、4.553,P=0.000、0.000),观察组的生活质量评分[(8.72±0.80)分vs(14.15±1.22)分]明显低于对照组(t=5.702,P=0.000);观察组与对照组的不良反应发生率[8.0%(4/50)vs 14.0%(7/50)]比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^2=1.044,P=0.216)。结论:凉血四物汤联合强脉冲光治疗玫瑰痤疮的临床效果显著,安全性高,能明显改善患者的生活质量。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of blood-cooling four agents decoction combined with intense pulsed light(IPL)in the treatment of rose acne.Methods According to the random number method,100 patients with rose acne who was divided into control group and observation group in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were,with 50 cases in each group.Patients were treated with intense pulsed light(1 time/4 weeks,a total of 2 times),moisturizing and sunscreen in control group.Patients were added blood-cooling four agents decoction on the basis of control group in observation group and the treatment continued for 8 weeks.The clinical effects were evaluated in two groups,the quality of life scores were compared in in two groups before and after treatment,and the adverse reactions were observed in two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group[88.0%(44/50)vs 72.0%(36/50)]was significantly higher than that of control group(χ^2=9.446,P=0.015).The quality of life scores of observation group and control group were significantly lower than before treatment(t=6.114,4.553,P=0.000,0.000).The quality of life scores[(8.72±0.80)point VS(14.15±1.22)point]of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(t=5.702,P=0.000).There was no statistically significant difference on the incidence of adverse reactions[8.0%(4/50)vs 14.0%(7/50)]between observation group and control group(χ^2=1.044,P=0.216).Conclusion The clinical effect of blood-cooling four agents decoction combined with intense pulsed light in the treatment of rose acne was significant and the safety was high,which could significantly improve the quality of life of patients and without increasing adverse reactions.
