高压氧在口腔黏膜下纤维性病变治疗效果观察 被引量:4

The observation of the efficient of hyperbaric oxygen therapy(HBOT) in the treatment of oral submucosal fibrosis

摘要 目的:探讨高压氧在口腔黏膜下纤维性病变(OSF)中的治疗效果。方法:收集2015年11月~2016年1月间就诊的OSF患者5例,给予来益,烟酰胺片等药物治疗,同时采取高压氧治疗干预口腔内病变,1次/周×10。嘱患者2月后复查。结果:在至少接受8次以上高压氧治疗的5例患者中口干,进食疼痛等临床症状均有明显缓解,黏膜质地变软,弹性增强,病损处颜色由苍白变为鲜红,患者张口度有明显改善。结论:高压氧治疗能有效改善OSF患者的预后情况。 Objective:To observe the efficient of HBOT in the treatment of OSF. Method:We reviewed 5 patients with OSF whom were directed to receive the treatment of HBOT,once a week,10 weeks totally,with an additional treatment of Vitamin E and Nicotinamide. Result:In a total period of 2 months follow-up we observed obviously positive changes in the patients' lesions,both the character and color of the epithelial which became advanced. We could also observed an newly vessel creating and an infallible augment in the degree of mouth opening. Conclusion:We provide an evidence to prove the efficient of HBOT in the treatment of OSF. Further studies will be deserved to program to find out its mechanism.
