细胞因子IL-6,TGF-β1在口腔黏膜下纤维性变中的表达 被引量:10

摘要 目的:通过检测细胞因子IL-6,TGF-β1在早、中、晚期口腔黏膜下纤维性变(OSF)组织中mRNA及蛋白表达的改变,进一步探讨口腔黏膜下纤维性变的发病机制。方法:收集早、中、晚期OSF组织,RT-PCR检测细胞因子IL-6,TGF-β1 mRNA的表达,Western blot检测IL-6,TGF-β1蛋白的表达。结果:细胞因子IL-6,TGF-β1 mRNA及蛋白在早期OSF组织中较对照组和中、晚期OSF组织表达显著上调。中、晚期OSF组织与对照组无差别。结论:早期OSF组织中细胞因子IL-6,TGF-β1和蛋白水平表达均异常升高,此类因子的异常表达可能与OSF的发病机制相关。 Objective: To test the mRNA and protein expressions of chemokine IL-6, TGF-β1 in early, metaphase and advanced stage of oral submucous fibrosis (OSF), anddiscuss the pathogenesis of OSF. Method:The mRNA and protein expressions of chemokine IL-6,TGF-β1 were detected by RT-PCR and Western blot techniques. Result:The mRNA and protein expressions of chemokine IL-6,TGF-βI in early stage of OSF increased significantly compared to the metaphase, advanced stage of oral submucous fibrosis and the control group. Conclusion:The mRNA and protein expressions of chemokine IL-6, TGF-β1 were highly upregulated in early stage of OSF. These factors may be in relation of the pathogenesis of OSF.
