摘要
互联网使用的普及使出版业进入数字化出版时代,高校学报因此迎来了前所未有的发展机遇。与此同时,网络技术的发展也对学报著作权的保护提出了挑战。在高校学报数字化出版过程中,出现不少侵权情况,侵权者应当负法律责任。当前,学报的著作权保护策略主要有:提高人们的著作权保护意识,加强对侵权行为的防范;对学报著作权进行集体管理;采用多种技术手段保护学报著作权。
With the popularity of Intemet network, the publishing industry gets into the era of digital publishing, journals of colleges and universities therefore ushered in unprecedented opportunities for development. At the same time, the development of network technology also poses challenges for journals of copyright protection. In the digital publishing process, a lot of infringement cases appeared in the journals of colleges and universities; the infringer shall bear legal responsibility. At present, the joumars copyright protection strategy mainly is： to enhance people＇s copyright protection consciousness; to strengthen the prevention of infringements and the journals＇ copyright collective management; using a variety of technical means to protect the copyright of journals of colleges and universities.
