文章论述了数字作品著作权集体管理的现实意义和法律性质,并就我国著作权集体管理现状,提出建议。
This essay has narrated the traits of lawfulness and present significance of numeral works copyright under collective administration.According to the present situation of domestic collective administrative institution,also makes suggestion for improvement.
