紫色芸薹属蔬菜花青苷生物合成调控研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 近年来紫色蔬菜越来越受到消费者的青睐,而花青苷则成为研究热点。本文综述了近年来花青苷合成调控的研究进展,分析了花青素主要种类,并探讨影响花青苷合成的多方面因素,主要包括花青苷生物合成的结构基因(PAL、CHS、CHI、F3H、DFR、ANS、UFGT)、转录因子(MYB、b HLH、WD40)、Micro RNA、光、温度、糖、以及其他环境因子。分析发现,紫色芸薹属蔬菜花青苷的合成和积累与结构基因和转录因子的表达有直接的关系,Micro RNA、光、温度、糖、以及其他环境因子也可通过不同的调控模式调节花青苷的合成。通过内外因子对花青苷合成的影响分析和总结,提供生产和培育紫色蔬菜新的思路和方向。 The purple veg etables have been accepted by more and more consumers in recent years, so the anthocyanin biosynthesis had become a research hotspot. In this paper, the recent literatures on anthocyanin biosynthesis were reviewed, the main kinds of anthocyanins were analyzed, and the factors affecting anthocyanin biosynthesis were discussed mainly including structural genes( PAL、 CHS、 CHI、 F3H、 DFR、 ANS、 UFGT), transcription factors( MYB、b HLH、WD40), Micro RNA, light, temperature, soluble sugar, and other environmental factors. By the above analysis,we found that anthocyanin synthesis and accumulation of purple brassica vegetables were directly correlated with the expression of structural genes and transcription factors. Micro RNA, light, temperature, soluble sugar, and other environmental factors could regulate anthocyanin synthesis through different regulatory mechanisms. In order to provide ideas and directions for purple vegetables production and cultivating, the internal and external factors affecting anthocyanin synthesis were also analyzed and summarized.
