摘要
目的探讨喂养方式对婴幼儿身长、体重发育的影响,为提高中关村地区的婴幼儿保健水平提供依据。方法将中关村社区儿保门诊系统管理的724名8月龄婴儿按喂养方式分为纯母乳喂养组和人工喂养组,以χ2检验方法分析两组的婴儿体重、身长增长率的差异;将纯母乳喂养组和人工喂养组的婴儿分别按性别分组,以χ2检验方法分析每组男女婴儿间体重、身长增长率的差异。结果纯母乳喂养组和人工喂养组婴儿体重、身长增长率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。人工喂养组男婴身长增长率小于人工喂养组女婴身长增长率,经χ2检验差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.559,P=0.003)。纯母乳喂养组男婴和女婴身长、体重增长率,人工喂养组男婴和女婴体重增长率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论纯母乳喂养和人工喂养的婴儿身长、体重发育无明显差异,但母乳喂养在提高婴儿免疫力,增加母婴交流等方面是人工喂养无法比拟的,仍应大力提倡和促进母乳喂养。若母亲患有不能喂养的疾病或无母乳时,才可考虑人工喂养。
Objective To explore the effect of different feeding patterns on height and weight development of infants aged 8 months. Methods Infants aged 8 months were divided into two groups（ breast feeding group and artificial feeding group） according feeding patterns. The method of Chi-square test were used to compare the differences of weight growth rate,height growth rate of the two groups. The differences of weight growth rate,height growth rate between boys and girlswere compared in breast feeding group and artificial feeding group. Results The height growth rate of male baby was significantly lower than female baby in artificial feeding group（ χ^2= 8. 559,P = 0. 003）. The height and weight growth rate showed no significantly different between the breast feeding group and the artificial feeding group. Conclusion Breast feeding and artificial feeding had no different effect on height and weight development of infants aged 8 months. But we know breastfeeding was better for improving immunity and promoting the mother-child feelings and so on,Breast feeding should be advocated. When the mother can＇t breast-feed,the artificial feeding have to be taken.
