摘要
为探讨城市住宅小区植物造景的总体状况,以及居民对植物造景的态度,运用使用后(POE)评价法和五点取样法,对信阳市住宅小区植物造景现状和居民对造景意见进行研究和分析。结果表明:信阳市住宅小区植物绿化造景绿化率为31.7%,符合国家规定标准;造景植物配置方式多种多样;多数小区造景植物季相景观四季分明,少部分小区植物造景存在热情过度的绿色沙漠;造景植物种类多种多样,分布于25科38属56种;大部分住宅小区造景植物养护较好,个别小区造景植物存在管理跟不上、先造再毁等情形。从植物造景种类布局、方式布局、后续管理等方面冷静思考、着眼未来,最大限度发挥造景植物的美化功能和生态功能,满足广大居民的实际需求。
To explore the overall status of urban housing district of plants landscape,and the residents＇ attitudes of plants landscape.Using post occupancy evaluation（POE）and five-point sampling method,about the present situation of xinyang‘s housing district of plants landscape and the residents＇ opinions on landscape to study and analyze.The results showed that Xinyang housing district greening rate of plants landscape reached 31.7%,in line with national standards;configuration mode of plants landscape was a variety of ways;most of the plants landscape of housing district had four distinct seasons,a small part of plants landscape of housing district existed excessive enthusiasm of barren green desert;the species of plants landscape distributed in 25 families,38genera and 56species;most of the plants landscape of housing district was better,a small number of plants landscape had such problems as poor management and first made again destroyed.From the layout of the species and methods s of plants landscape to calm thinking,focus on the future,beautifying functions and ecological functions of landscaping plants beautifying functions and ecological functions maximize should be made to meet the actual needs of our residents.
