摘要
提升辅导员科研能力是辅导员队伍专业化、专家化建设的必然要求。基于江苏四所高校的调研,"强化辅导员职业认同、优化辅导员激励机制、细化辅导员科研方向"是重要经验镜鉴。"搭建辅导员培养平台,为辅导员科研奠定基础"与"搭建辅导员科研平台,促进辅导员由经验积累向理论研究的提升",是辅导员科研能力提升的路径。
To enhance the scientific research ability of counselors is the inevitable requirement to make a counselor team professional and the construction of expert. Based on investigation and research of the four colleges in Jiangsu, it obtained very important experience and enlightenment of strengthening counselors＇ professional identity, optimizing the counselor＇s incentive mechanism, and refining the counselor＇s scientific research direction. To build counselor＇s training platform, laying the foundation for their scientific research and to set up the scientific research platform, promoting counselors from experience to theory research are the path to enhance the scientific research ability of counselors.
