摘要
以信息熵理论为基础,从效率和效果两个维度,构建了知识管理者影响下的知识转移有效性测度模型,采用行为实验方法进行了实证检验。实验表明:知识管理者变量的加入不仅是知识转移效果的重要保障,同时对知识转移效率提升作用显著;管理者激励机制对知识转移效率所产生作用大于组织能力的影响,且激励强度越高,知识转移效率提升幅度越大;外界条件相同时,参与者在知识转移中会体现不同的个体差异。针对实证检验结果,提出了提升组织内部知识转移有效性的相关建议。
Based on information entropy,this paper constructs a measurement model of knowledge transfer validity from the perspective of two evaluation dimensions such as efficiency and effect.The application of the model was verified through the experiment.It tries to reveal the laws of changes of knowledge transfer validity under the effects of different management mechanism.Results show that:knowledge manager is not only an important guarantee of effect on knowledge transfer validity,at the same time increase significantly.The effect of the incentive mechanism on knowledge transfer validity is greater than that of the capacity of organization.The higher the incentive intensity is the more efficient the knowledge transfer is.Finally,suggestions are given on how to enhance the knowledge transfer validity.
