摘要
高职教育中的现代学徒制是一种全新的人才培养模式,其涉及很多教学领域和教学内容,在利用这种人才培养模式进行人才培养的过程中,应该充分做好教学设计、资源保障以及教学制度建设等多方面内容。高职教育现代学徒制人才培养模式在我国高职教育系统中还是一项十分新颖的教学制度,在应用过程中仍存在不少问题,需要及时采取措施将其解决。
Modern apprenticeship of higher vocational education is a new training model, which involves a lot of teaching fields and teaching contents, using this personnel training model should fully prepare instructional design, resources security, teaching system construction and other aspects of teaching content. Modern apprenticeship of vocational education has still been a very new training mode in higher vocational education system, which still has many problems in the application process that needs us to take timely measures to resolve.
