摘要
现代学徒制具有典型的校企合作、工学结合特征。闽西职业技术学院积极探索基于现代学徒制的校企合作,但在实践中存在政策法规不完善、财政投入不足以及企业参与动力不足等方面问题。推动基于现代学徒制的校企合作走向深入,需要完善法律法规,建立行业职业教育教学指导委员会,构建有约束的企业利益保障机制,完善开放式运行保障机制。
Modern apprenticeship has the typical features of school-enterprise cooperation and work-learning combination. Minxi Vocational and Technical College actively explores college- enterprise cooperation based on modem apprenticeship, but there exist some problems such as imperfect policies and regulations, insufficient financial investment, and lack of enterprises＇ participating motivation, apprenticeship, it proposes etc. the To promote college-enterprise cooperation based on modern measures of perfecting laws and regulations, setting up professional vocational education and teaching guidance committee, constructing enterprises＇ benefit guarantee mechanism, and improving open-operation guarantee mechanism.
