摘要
目的 探讨胸椎黄韧带肥厚MRI表现特点。方法 回顾性分析我院2014年8月-2015年3月收治的33例胸椎黄韧带患者的临床和MRI资料。结果 MRI各序列均表现为矢状位旁正中层面低信号、伴椎管不同程度受压狭窄,以下胸椎（T9-T12）及上胸椎（T2-T5）多见。33例患者中黄韧带肥厚节段95个,单节段6例,多节段27例。多节段中连续性分布9例,跳跃性分布18例。95个受累节段根据其对椎管的压迫程度分为：轻度34个节段,中度49个节段,重度12个节段。MRI还很好显示了胸椎其他伴发病变：椎间盘变性、膨出或突出6例、终板炎4例、椎体血管瘤5例、椎体压缩性骨折3例。结论 MRI易于显示胸椎黄韧带肥厚及其对椎管的压迫程度。
Objective To investigate the MRI manifestations of hypertrophy of ligamentum flavum in the thoracic spine. Methods From August 2014 to October 2015,in the people＇s Hospital of Feng-xian county,the clinic and MRI data of 33 patients with ligamentum flavum in the thoracic spine were retrospectively analyzed. Results MRI showed low signal in every sequence on sagittal mid-line plane,with different degrees of compression spinal canal stenosis.The lower tho- racic（Tg-T12）involved the most,and followed by the upper thoracic （T2-T5）.There were 95 segments involved in all the 33 cases,of them single segment involved in 6 cases and multiple segments involved in 27 cases.The multiple segments involved were continually distributed in 9 cases and were internally distributed in 18 cases.The involved 95 segments were divided into ：mild （n=34）,moderate （n=49）and severe （n=12） according to the degree of compression of the spinal canal.MRI also showed other thoracic lesions：Disc degeneration,bulging or protruding （n=6）,endplate inflammation（n=4）, vertebral hemangioma（n=5）,vertebral compression fractures（n=3）. Conclusion MRI is easy to show hypertrophy of liga- mentum flagellum in the thoracic spine and can evaluate the degree of compression of spinal canal.
