黄韧带肥厚性腰椎管狭窄的CT表现 被引量:1

摘要 目的提高对腰椎黄韧带肥厚引起椎管狭窄的认识。方法回顾性分析26例腰椎黄韧带肥厚(TLF)的病例资料。结果黄韧带单纯肥厚21例,钙化5例。合并腰椎骨质增生22例,椎间盘突出或膨出19例,椎小关节增生肥大11例,后纵韧带钙化6例,腰椎滑脱5例(Ⅰ度4例、Ⅱ度1例)。引起椎管Ⅰ度狭窄15例,Ⅱ度狭窄8例,Ⅲ度狭窄3例。结论CT能很好地显示黄韧带肥厚,并对其造成椎管狭窄的程度进行判断,有利于早期诊断并指导临床治疗。
