摘要
对催化剂企业粉尘危害现状进行了调查,结果显示:有些岗位接触粉尘多,员工防护意识差,粉尘检测结果部分上料口与包装口检测点的短时间接触浓度超过国家标准限值。结论:催化剂企业粉尘管理总体较好,粉尘合格率较高,但部分岗位的职业卫生管理有待加强,粉尘日常监测有待规范。
Conducting a survey on hazards of catalyst dust in enterprise, the results show： A part of workers contact with more dust,poor awareness of protection. Dust detec.tion result：Partial short -term expo- sure concentration on the feed inlet port and packa- ging detection point exceed the national standard limit. Conclusion：Catalyst dust management companies generally qualified with high dust pass rate, but the occupational health management for outsourced work needs to be strengthened and daily monitoring of dust needs to be standardized as well.
