摘要
火力发电厂输煤系统容易产生大量粉尘,粉尘污染不仅破坏工作环境、影响工人身体健康,还会带来安全隐患,影响全厂文明生产。针对输煤系统的粉尘问题,分析了输煤系统卸煤设施、转运站和碎煤机室内扬尘的原因,介绍了火电厂常规的抑尘和除尘方法,提出了对现有抑制和除尘方案的改进措施。结合工程实例,对优化措施进行分析,为以后的工程项目提供参考。
There exists large amout of dust in coal handling system in thermal power plant. The poisonous dust not only pol- lutes the environment and does harm to the worker health, but also it may he a potential safety hazard which affects the regu- lar production. To the dust question in coal handling system, this paper analyzes the causes of the dust generation in unload- ing facilities, transfer tower and crusher house. The dust suppression and collection measures a generally used in power plant are discussed and some improvements for the present dust suppression and collection are put forward. Several optimized methods are introduced and analyzed based on the actual project examples, which will give some advices for future projects.
