摘要
校企合作是高职院校人才培养教学改革和发展的路径。如何利用好校企合作人才培养的优势,推进思想政治理论课教学改革是高职院校面临的重要课题。本文立足人才培养这一核心范畴,以校企合作人才培养与高职思政课教学的现实境遇为基础,探究校企合作人才培养与高职思政课教学的内在关联,意在揭示校企合作人才培养与高职思政课教学相结合的新课题,并从这一视角系统初步建构校企合作人才培养与高职思政课教学研究的理论与实践逻辑架构。
The cooperation between colleges and enterprises is the path of the reform and development of talents training in Higher Vocational colleges. How to make good use of the advantages of college-enterprise cooperation personnel training, to promote the reform of Ideological and political theory course is an important task for higher vocational colleges. Based on talent cultivating as the core category, school-enterprise cooperation in personnel training and vocational college political lesson teaching reality, this paper inquiries the intrinsic connection between school-enterprise cooperation in personnel training and vocational ideological and political teaching, intending to re- veal the school-enterprise cooperation in personnel training and vocational ideological and political teaching com- bined as the new subject, and from that perspective, tries to construct the logical frame in theory and practice.
