摘要
利用热压工艺,使聚碳酸酯(PC)粒料在140℃下脱水干燥2 h,再升温至230~240℃,保持熔融状态约3 h,在熔融PC中的气泡被排除干净后,压合模具使PC制成所需厚度的贴片,最后控制降温速率使其温度降至室温。制作的光敏贴片无初始内应力,加工应力很小,具有良好的暂时双折射,其弹性模量、拉伸强度、材料的应力条纹值等指标均满足测试要求。
By using the hot-press technology, the polycarbonate(PC) granule was dehydrated and dried at 140 ℃for 2 h, then heated to 230~240 ℃ and kept in molten state for about 3 h. When the bubbles in the molten PC were completely removed, the mould was pressed to form PC coating with desired thickness. Finally, the temperature was lowered to room temperature by controlling the cooling rate. The prepared photo-sensitive coating has no initial inner stress, and its processing stress is very small. It possesses good temporary double refraction, and all the indexes including elasticity modulus, tensile strength, material stress fringe values and so on meet the testing requirements.
