摘要
采用橡胶的共混技术设计出满足特殊要求 ,综合性能优良的胶料配方 ;通过对合成纤维表面进行化学处理 ,同时在胶料中加入增粘剂有效提高了橡胶与合成纤维织物的粘合强度 ;夹布胶囊成型时贴片对称 ,搭接头均布能有效地消除应力集中 :采用中温操作成型、高温硫化新工艺 ,提高了夹布胶囊的整体质量。
The compound recipe that met the special requirements and had good comprehensive properties was designed by blending.The adhesive strength between rubber and synthetic fiber texlile was increased effectively by chemically treating the surface of synthetic fiber and adding tackfier to the compound;As the fabric wrapped bladder was shaping,the sheet was symmetric,the joint elimated effectively stress concentration;The whole quality of the fabric wrapped bladder was increased by the new technology that was shaped at moderate temperature and cured at high temperature.
