摘要
通过以体外血凝块和动物脑内血肿模型试验,研究影响和增强尿激酶溶解血肿作用的因素。结果表明尿激酶加新鲜血浆、血清或去纤血浆均能显著增强尿激酶溶解血肿的效应,且对脑组织无有害反应,应用于临床,预计是有效和安全的。
In this paper, the factors, whichwould affect and increase the lysis ofthe intracerebral hematoma with uroki-nase were researched on the blood clotmodel in vitro and animal model of in-tracerebral hematoma in vivo. The resu-lts suggest that the urokinases added toplasma, serum or defibrinated plasmarespectively could increase the lysis ofhematoma and that urokinases wouldnot be harmful to the brain tissue. Itwas indicated that urokinase is safe andeffective clinically.
