摘要
以医院质量监测系统(HQMS)为原型,结合医院内部管理要求,研究建立一套基于医院信息系统的医疗质量指标监测系统。本系统主要由病案首页数据对接、监测指标集成、院内指标集成与考核及智能分析4个模块组成,其功能可满足我院管理者的工作需求。
In the context of the requirement of hospital internal management, this paper researched and established a medical index monitoring system based on hospital information system by usinig the Hospital Quality Monitoring System（HQMS） as the prototype. The system was mainly composed of four modules： medical record data connection, monitoring index integration, in-hospital index integration, and the assessment and intelligent analysis. The system could meet the management requirement in our hospital.
